Audience: Gate Security Guards & Supervisors | System: VisiGate Guard App
Step 1: Visitor Arrival & Check-In
1.1 Ask visitor for their Mobile Number and the Flat Number they want to visit.
1.2 If visitor has visited before, their name and details will automatically appear. If new, enter their name.
1.3 Tap the Camera button to capture a clear photo of the visitor.
1.4 Tap 'Send Alert'. The resident's phone will chime immediately with the visitor's photo and details.
Step 2: Delivery & Couriers (ParcelDoc)
2.1 For delivery boys (Amazon, Flipkart, Swiggy, Zomato), select the company logo.
2.2 If resident allows delivery to doorstep, permit entry. If resident is not home, log parcel at gate.
2.3 When the delivery person leaves the gate, tap 'Exit Visitor'.
Step 3: Emergency Panic Alarm
3.1 In case of perimeter breach, trespasser, or medical/fire emergency, tap the Red Panic Button.
3.2 Alerts are broadcast instantly to the President, Secretary, and Society Admin.
